Dr. Jonathan Craig Stevens, MD

I had to check and make sure this dr. Stevens is the same doctor that practices on Syringa in Post Falls Idaho before reviewing him, he is. My husband was referred to him by our primary care Dr whom we love. Dr. Stevens bedside manner is not at all up to par! My husband having never experiencing nerve testing, which dr. knew, hooked him up to electrodes and proceeded to shock the crap out of him without warning! He spent very little time with Chris and sent him on his way. We then received a bill for over 1000.00 to find out that this doctor is not covered under our insurance. We should have done our homework to find out that he receives 1 star. When I called and spoke to Marlene, front office, she was curt, short and told me that there was nothing they would do to negotiate the bill. I know after working in the medical field that all doctors negotiate bills when insurance does not cover the bill!. This was a live and learn experience and I hope you do your homework before… seeing this doctor. I have let my primary care doctor know of this poor service and would hope he no longer refers to this doctor.

Very poor doctor. Did not listen to what I had to say about the pain I was having. It is funny how three different doctors agree on what is wrong with me and he had a different opinion. Makes me wonder. Oh yah, I forgot he works for the insurance company. He is going to side with them.
