He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland, where he also served as a Dudley Allen Research Fellow studying shoulder anatomy and disorders. He then completed an advanced fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at Florida Orthopaedic Institute under the direction of Dr. Mark Frankle, an internationally recognized pioneer of reverse shoulder replacement.
Dr. Streit remains actively involved in clinical research and medical education. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications, book chapters, and presentations at regional and national orthopedic meetings. He also teaches the next generation of orthopedic surgeons through resident and medical student education.
