The one thing I would change is when the staff is giving a referral to another doctor that they give the actual name of the doctor I write it down, because we didn't write it down so that we're aware of who's calling us yeah

I think Dr. Volkin is great! Would highly recommend.

I loved my very first office visit with Dr. Volkin. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious in the treatment of patients with Glaucoma. He explained to me, in layman's terms, what my options are moving forward. He agreed to submit to my mail in Pharmacy prescriptions for the eyedrops necessary to control my condition. He also suggested that I return in three months for further testing of my eyes. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Volkin, who is replacing my Opthamologist whom I have seen for at least 25 + years. I was forced to make the decision that I cannot, at my age, drive 15 miles one way for vision check ups. My sons are very happy with my decision. I feel honored to call such a fine young man, Dr. Volkin, my Opthamologist.

Visit went very well, Dr. Volkin answered all my questions. also very easy to talk to. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship.

Appreciated his expert review of test results, understanding of the potential issues, and feedback related to my medical situation. This was much more important than a regular optical appt. He articulated well, listened to my questions, and we had a good discussion. Will return again for follow up as needed.

Dr. Volkon listened well and explained everything in simple terms and not at all condescendingly, which is not always the case with doctors. I liked him a lot.

Not impressed with this person. Will be canceling my appointment with him in future. No people skills at all. Totally treated me like a non person. Maybe because of my age that is what he thought of me. He is not a good addition to your medical practice.
