Dr. Jonathan Steven Williams, DO

Very rude and unprofessional. My son had been sick off and on for about a week. Took him to the ER (after taking him to PCP) because he wasn't holding down meds. Dr. Williams wasn't rude to my face but did go to the nurses station and was talking about me because I asked him to check my son's appendix. I guess he felt I was an idiot and shouldn't be questioning him. I was just a concerned mother wanting to find out why my son's symptoms presented so oddly. He had already been tested for Covid, flu, and strep. So I knew it wasn't any of that. I just wanted answers. Instead Dr. Williams used me as a laughing stock. Next time you feel the need to talk about someone make sure their door is closed where they cannot hear you talking about them. It was very unprofessional on his part. Especially considering he is over Southland MD. I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate one of the physicians under him acting the same way. Making his business look bad and unprofessional.

Wile on a family vacation I ended up in the ER. I was seen by 2 Doctors. Dr. Williams was very nice and ran every test I requested. He even took the time to call my Oncologist with the results. Wait time was about what I expected for an ER.

One of the most caring Doctors I have ever been to.

Very rude does not listen to PT. or advice of referring doctor. Awful experience had to drive over 2 hours there and back for him to dismiss me with just a headache.The referring doctor had told him she suspected Horner syndrome and need MRI done he refused to do it since I have a iodine allergy.. Any first year medical student can tell you there is a protocol for this.

Such a jerk and could care less about his patients.

Horrible bedside manner. Very arrogant, rude and tackless! I have never been this disappointed in the er.

Thoughtless, tackless and uncaring. Don't use him!
