Dr. Jonathan Travis Williams

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Williams and his office. We mistakenly went to the office instead of the surgery center, which was an honest oversight, and ended up arriving about ten minutes late. Despite explaining the situation, we were told our appointment would not be honored. This was especially frustrating because I had flown in from out of town specifically for this visit, and my daughter had taken time off work to be there. Given the circumstances, I expected at least a little understanding or flexibility, but there was none. The lack of compassion and unwillingness to accommodate a minor delay made the entire experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend reconsidering how situations like this are handled in the future, as it reflects poorly on patient care.
