I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and with over 18 years of professional counseling experience in outpatient, inpatient, community mental health and private practice settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns. I have worked with clients in many different stages of life as well.
Although I use an integrated approach to counseling that includes various theories and techniques tailored to your specific needs; my overall approaches are based on Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused …Therapies. My goal is to shape the counseling experience that is unique to you and that meets your needs of healing and change and to collaboratively find solutions to your difficulties.
