You will be lucky if he has 10 minutes for you! Business talks… He is a nice talking person but not the clever and caring professional physician that you need if you have a severe disease like endometrioses. Check the FB page of endometrioses in MI and see all the complaints and lawsuits against him the women are talking about.

One of my issues with this practice is that it is impossible to call and get a human on the phone. I have had mixed experiences with the front desk staff, some are just not friendly or appear interested in assisting. It seem that patients are pushed to the online portal. I am totally comfortable online but when it comes to your health you want a live caring human to speak with

I’m so thankful that I found Dr.Zaiden. After years of meeting with other gynos who didn’t take me seriously, Dr.Zaiden actually listened and devised a plan. Not only did he end up discovering I had IC, but he also discovered how extensive my endometriosis was. My other doctors had little to no treatment options for me, and if it wasn’t for him I’m not sure I would have had any chance at preserving my fertility.

If I could give less then one star I would! If you have endometriosis or want a doctor who is trained in endometriosis surgery I strongly urge you to go to a SKILLED doctor. I had another surgery to fix what this place did. The doctor said multiple times he got all the endo and didn’t care at all that I went to the ER still in severe pain 3 weeks and on after surgery. I had another surgery and my doctor found endo everywhere and could tell it was done incorrectly. Endometriosis should be excised (which he said he would do and didn’t) Go see Steven Hickner he’s the only skilled endometriosis doctor in Michigan. Learn from my mistakes. This place should focus on just delivering babies. They have no business operating on anyone!

The best OBGYN I have ever had. I wish I would have found Doctor Zaidan 20 years ago. He was the first doctor to actually listen to me. I suffered with endometriosis for more than 20 years! All of my other Gynecologist told me the pain I was having was normal. Doctor Zaidan and staff have been excellent. I highly recommend Zaidan and his staff.

Dr. Zaidan has been by large, the the nicest, most caring, and well-informed doctor I’ve ever seen for my complicated case. However, his staff in most of his locations will treat you rudely specially if you are on Medicaid.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Zaidan for 20 years He is simply amazing with daughter who has special needs . I highly recommend him

The doctor himself is a nice doctor who seems experienced, but expect to be treated like trash from the office and the nurse who are ignoring you and answering you questions with arogance and rudeness(specially if you have medicaid). You will be waiting forever to be called on and also to be seen by the doctor.

Dr. Zaiden is very thorough. I credit my sons life to him being cautious and sending my for more in depth testing. Due to the testing we found out about his heart defect before he was born and were able to prepare as best we could for what was in store for us after he was born. My son is now going to celebrate his 13th birthday and I credit Dr. Zaiden for my son getting the care he needed after birth because we were aware and staff was able to prepare for a quick transfer to Children's Hospital with in hours.

I have not seen him in a while but by far the best and the nicest doctor I have ever meat all ways a smile on his face and very good at what he do.
