Awwful experience. I'll be sure to leave a review anywhere I can. The office front desk is very rude. I needed lab results that took them 2weeks to be told "oh.. your doctor has been out of town since last week and they don't come over night. My response 14days!! Is not over night... And they are very serious lab results. And apparently they have them but there is no one qualified to read them to me..(and have had them for several days). This is the end of a very long frustrating back and fourth experience to treat shingles btw.. aweful practice, is horribly run. They do not care about there patients at all. From the desk to the doctor. Ever appointment the doctor was 30-45 min late. A call back from the nurse was over 47 hours and I had to call them. Getting cream from the pharmacy was a nightmare to find out I needed to order it from Amazon myself 3 days later. This experience has been the worst nightmare you can imagine for a simple doctor s visit that should have been handled in a… day and results in a few. Stay away from this practice If you care about your health.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!!!!! I decided to visit this doctor based on wonderful reviews..worst decision ever !!! I started to have cough 5 month ago and i told this doctor that my cough doesn't go away even after the courses of pills that he was prescribing (antibiotics, steroids, Musinex). But every time I was coming back to see him explaining my symptoms and telling him that my cough isn't going away he was telling me that I'm getting better and continue prescribing me this nasty stuff without running any tests. I felt that something was completely wrong with me and finally after 4 months of being treated by this doctor decided to see another doctor Paul Raford. I explained everything to Dr Raford and he did all necessary testing and found out that I have a negative bacteria in my stomach that causing my cough. Now I have all kinds of complications with my liver and kidney. PLEASE I'm begging you DO NOT make the same mistake and trust your gut! If you decided to see this… horrible doctor I highly recommend that you DEMAND all necessary testing and also see another doctor right away, because Dr Zonca is NOT a professional! If I could save at least one person from going through the same or even worst it already would mean a lot to me!!!! Wish you good health!

I felt very comfortable with the staff. During my exam Dr Zonca was extremely nice and did a completer exam. I didn't feel rushed and he covered everything and let me cover all of my concerns. He spent time discussing everything and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Zonca has taken extremely good care of me and my wife the past 2 years. He is knowledgeable and caring. I get in to see him very quickly when there is something that I feel needs immediate attention. He calls back quickly with test results when appropriate. I cannot say enough kind words about this doctor.

Takes the time to know you and remembers the little things. Is caring and genuinely concerned for my overall health. Never rushes in and out. Takes the time to explain your health at your level of understanding.

I thoroughly enjoy Dr Zonca. He has taken care of me and my family for about 5 years now. I have never had any problems with Jessica the receptionist. Jessica has always been polite and respectful. However "CC" is rude and rough. Otherwise most staff has been okay. I wouldn't switch doctors for all the tea in China.

Dr Zonca is a good and caring man, however in denial when it comes to some of his staff. Especially his receptionist Jessica. She's one moody young lady who doesn't seem to like her job most of the time.

This Doctor is way to busy... little time for patients. Just sits at computer when you see him. Worst part is his staff. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!! Also, I have noticed that the receptionest at the front desk has actually extended my perscription... without even checking with the doctor... very poor office controls. Staff seems more interested in getting off work on time than on patient care. And yes, I remember waiting at the front desk when one of the girls carried on a personal phone conversation. They treat you as if you are doing them a favor! You can easily do much better!!

I've been going to Dr. Zonca for over 5 years now. Every year I get a physical and see him for anything else that might arise. This year, 2010, I arrived 7 minutes late for my physical and was told "they could not see me."I had driven over 1 hr, arrived at the building next door for a mammogram ON-TIME, the mammogram dept. was running late, when I finished, I raced over to Dr. Zonca's office - arriving 7 minutes late. The receptionist acted like she did not see me, took 3 phone calls while I stood right there. Then she told me "you are late so we cannot see you." I explained why I was 7 minutes late and she said "that's too bad."I am now going to LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR.
