I only got to see Dr. Medina a couple of times, and both times he was friendly, personable, professional, and just about almost every positive thing you can say about a doctor - all of this pales in comparison to the fact that the man is simply not reachable. I had to call in no less than 3 times to get a followup appointment correctly scheduled that I was asked to make after testing. Followup calls his office was supposed to make to pharmacies and supply companies for various things simply didn't get made, forcing me to repeatedly call their staff. Electronic messages go unanswered, and unacknowledged, and perhaps worst of all, the staff at a local medical supply company I was directed to visit told me that this is a recurring problem with his practice. Being awesome in all other areas doesn't excuse blowing people off - sorry.

Dr. Medina is a phenomenal doctor. He is extremely intelligent, has excellent bedside manner, and genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an excellent and personable doctor.

Dr. Medina is professional, knowledgable, and very patient-oriented. He stays on top of the latest updates within the medical profession. Highly recommend Dr. Medina for your family membes.
