Dr. Jonathan Stuart Rothman, MD

Staff are helpful and easy to work with to schedule appointments. Not only do they answer the phones when you call, they reply immediately to all emails. Dr. Rothman makes you feel he is sincerely concerned with your issues. He reviews all current medications (not just ones he prescribes), asks questions regarding how you feel and are doing. Takes the time to listen to you. If you feel you are having issues, he seeks the answers with you, not just giving you another pill. Will refill medications but you have to be seen every 3 months which is not a bad idea. At least he knows how the meds are working and can make adjustments as necessary. Office is comfortable and very clean. Best psychiatrist I have seen in years.

The office people are rude! And the dr isn’t much better, unfriendly! He wants me to come in to get my meds refilled each time, he will not call into pharmacy like others. Charging me a co-payment for a 5 min office visit just to pick up an RX and charged my ins the rest! He is an outdated dinosaur very behind the times, needed to fax office paper work bc they can’t us email. At this rate he will be with out Clients.

Stay away! Staff are rude! My Documented anxiety is worsened after talking to staff. This doctor will not renew Rx’s to your pharmacy, makes you get an appt each time to see him just for a refill that I have been on for over 10yrs. Charging me a copayment AND your ins company for this RX pick up “office visit” each time! He is not friendly and seems bothered with you making you feel unwelcome! Talked down to me and 1 left with more anxiety!

Unable to reach in urgent situations. Intelligent doctor, not personable what so ever. A smile never hurt anyone, especially when you're dealing with the emotionally unstable.

Dr. Rothman is a very intelligent and compassionate member of the medical community. He spends quality time with patients and actually listens to what you say. Appointments aren't difficult to schedule and all the staff are courteous and helpful. There is very little wait time in the very pleasant office. I recommend Dr. Rothman highly.
