Dr. Jonathon S Sasportas, DDS

Dr. Sasportas was very nice and made sure I understood the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised to have my tooth out quickly and with no pain. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Hopefully I won't have to have another tooth taken out, but if I do I will return to Dr. Sasportas.

My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth taken out and our dentist suggested Dr. Sasportas. During the consult, he explained the procedure and what to expect. He was very nice. During the procedure my daughter was surprised that she did not feel any pain. Several of her friends told her it was painful for them. I was very pleased with the doctor and the staff, who gave my daughter exceptional care before, during and after the procedure.

My son had all four wisdom teeth extracted during the summer. Dr. Sospotas is a generally fine doctor in person and he did a good job. But he was hard to approach once leave the office. Calls would be answered and messages passed between by office staff. Never had chance talking to him over the phone including the time when we had some concerns about severe swelling 5 days post surgery. I felt It is very business driven office. We were lucky that not much complication involved. But totally not like the office staff, very indifferent. I called in couple months after the procedure and talked to the billing staff, but she couldnt find my sons file. When I asked that she is going to locate his file, she said it is going to take her days before she can locate it, since she had thousand things to do. No commitment that she was going to look for. The charge was well above 5 thousands and they misplaced the file. She finally called back, but the bad experience was already there.

Dr. Sasportas works quickly and makes sure I'm comfortable during the procedure. He also takes the time to make sure the diagnosis is correct, doesn't rush to do surgery unless it's necessary, and makes sure I understand post-op care and expectations. He has a positive attitude with the patient and his staff, which makes what could be a worrisome experience much easier to take. He and his staff have a professional manner that gives me comfort considering they're doing surgery on my mouth.

I've had a tooth pulled out before and it was a painful ordeal that took forever. This man took out both of my wisdom teeth in about 5 minutes and I didn't feel anything. My dentist recommended him, saying he would find someone for me whom he would send his daughter to, and I see why. Don't even get the anesthesia option unless you have impacted teeth, it's not necessary since he does it so quickly and painlessly anyway. From what I've heard from my friends, my experience here was extraordinarily free of any discomfort.
