Great doctor and staff

I waited 2 hrs in the surgicenter bed at Kaiser before my endoscopy. He asked me questions in the room right before anesthesia and seemed inpatient with me. He gave my diagnosis the first time I opened my eyes when I was too drowsy to remember.

He is rude and does not explain much to you. He gets angry when you ask him questions even when he calls you for a follow-up. He had no clue why I was there right before I was put to sleep for the 3rd procedure; I was there 3 times and he could not remove a polyp! I had to go to another doctor to do it and he was surprised why Davis could not remove it after 3 times going there. I kept getting lots of out of pocket bills for every time I went to him for nothing; waste of money and time and had to prepare for colonoscopy every time and find someone to take me home for 4 times before it was done by another doctor. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Office coordination completely lacking. Staff unable to answer simple questions such as "Did my medical records arrive yet"? The appointment reminder states that "THE CO-PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE". I strongly suggest that you do pay until the time of your service unless you like arriving early and then waiting for an excessive amount of time.

He kept me waiting in the office for over 45 minutes while he was "reviewing my medical history" and then came in and the visit was less than 5 minutes. Overall, Dr Davis is incompetant and useless.
