Dr. Jong Won Park, MD

Recently, my wife sought medical attention from Dr. Jong M.D., for persistent back pain that extended to her abdomen. He advised an urgent ultrasound scheduled two days later due to availability. Despite the pain, my wife completed the ultrasound as instructed and was informed that Dr. Jong would receive the results within 3-4 hours and contact her the same day. However, a distressing 29 hours passed without any communication from Dr. Jong’s office. During this time, my wife endured considerable discomfort and anxiety. We made numerous calls (approximately 9-10) to his office, were rerouted multiple times, and left several urgent messages, all to no avail. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from Dr. Jong M.D. We were eventually informed that he had not yet reviewed the ultrasound results despite the initial promise of a timely follow-up. This experience has been extremely disheartening, and I cannot, in good conscience

I have enjoyed trusting my whole family to his care. He is thoughtful, careful and communicative with respect to my children's needs, as well as keeps me current on all diagnostic tests and exams..

I highly DO NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. I asked for another doctor but he said he was the only one available, so I went to another urgent care hospital off Chapman. I'm glad I was able to end up with a more caring and professional Doctor.
