In the book of life, the answers aren't in the back. - Charlie Brown, character in 'Peanuts' created by Charles Schultz. We all struggle in our daily life and that is all we can do. I believe the answers of life will not be found easily. The real question is how do we live life without the answers. As a psychiatrist, I would like to help and support people who have difficulty coping with stress, grief, memories, relationships, emotions, failure, success, past and future. I am privileged to provide medication management as well. I am from Japan and my maternal language is Japanese.
