Dr. Joni Felicia Jefferson, DO

Worst experience ever. Totally uninterested in anything I had to say. No examination. Sat across the room and ignored me. I later read her notes. She accused me of being intoxicated and seeking drugs. She was eating at the nurses station when I got there and was back at it even before I left. Can't believe she is still practicing medicine. Odd that she thought I was intoxicated ( which I was not. I don't even drink ). But no one had a problem letting me drive home. Her unethical, prejudiced behavior is a mystery to me. And now her damaging and false words are permanently on my Patient Portal. I got a lawyer.

Worst doctor experience with Dr. Joni Jefferson. In my opinion - I feel don't even bother to go in. You may be better off without the care or perhaps there's a local shaman you can see instead. Dr Joni Jefferson seemed disinterested and lax when trying to diagnose me. She was guessing my symptoms, before I could even mention them. She did NOT provide satisfactory medical care. She seemed as if she did not want to be bothered to offer more than 5 minutes to her patients or act as anything other than robotic towards them. If her medical advice actually worked, one could look past her dismissive manner. Very disappointed.
