Dr. Koren has a great bedside manner, very personable and caring. She takes her time with you and listens. Her office staff is also very friendly.

Dr. Joni Koren is a exceptional doctor... Very friendly and down to earth... She cares about her patients whole heartedly.... We have went to her for years and not once has she ever gave me a reason to want to find another doctor... She is precise and explains the diagnosis to where you can understand... She is happy to refer you to other specialists if needed... She is Excellent at what she does...... I would refer anyone to go to her if you are needing to find a doctor...

I went to Dr. Koren for many yrs. You don't want long to be seen but she over books and they tell you that too. When you get in the room she is in and out. You feel like you need to grab her by the coat tail and say... WAIT a min! I'm done with you yet! Her staff is rude, leaves you hanging on the phone forever when you call. They never call with test result like they say they will. They say they will call you when your prescription is called in. They do not. I could go on and on about this doctor. Because of her and her office taking their sweet ole time sending a nurse out they let the ball drop on a family member of mine which resulted in a severe stroke then death. Do not go to this doctor
