1) Dr. You were on Prozac. Me. I didn't like the way it made me feel. DR. I don't care what you like! 2) Dr. I'm glad your work and GF are doing well. Me. Here's a pic of? DR. Pauses for the amount of time it would have taken to show pic and says... I don't have time to look at pictures. Turned around and left the room! 3) Dr. Have you donated blood yet? Me. No, where are the blood donation centers. Dr. Inquisitively looks at me and says...Do you know how to "Google" ? "Keeping in mind my readers" I went to him for PVCs and anxiety! This world REALLY sucks!!!!!!

Dr. John Amick is probably the worst doctor I have ever been to. Tries to push off really expensive medicine off on you which most of us can't afford (even with insurance). And then because I can't afford this medication, he cancels me as a patient. Which is fine because I wasn't going back to him anyway. He has a stupid grin every time he looks up from the computer

After 5 years this doctor has changed, at one time would ask why people complained about him. I found out he doesn't like to be questioned, I caught him ordering test and prescriptions with out reviewing with me, but blamed on his nurses ( only the doctor can order these.) Then when I refused to take a prescription that the FDA sent dangerous warnings out about he no longer wanted to be my doctor as if my opinion didn't count. He always complained about the cost of his business maybe this was more to losing his manufactures kick back.

No followup call after positive lab results( notified by lab instead) . Wait time in ( freezing) waiting room 1 hr min and another 30 min in exam room . Diagnosis never discussed with pt or outlook to deal with diagnosis . If pt tries to discuss mire than one issue per visit with Dr, he becomes very annoyed and will walk out in middle to see another pt and then return to finish .

I've been a patient of Dr. Amick's since he began practicing. He is thorough in examinations. Sometimes he appears not to be listening but assures me he is. I definitely would recommend him.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been too. The nurses are rude and Dr. Amick will not return any phone calls to patients. Worst patient care I have ever had.
