Title says it all. Been coming here for a long time and this is the last straw. It's every other month I have to call in and wait on the phone for an hour just to have the lady tell me she'll have to put me through to someone else who doesn't pick up and I have to leave a message.

at least drug dealers don't make you wait over 2 hours.

Went in because I hit my head, just wanted to make sure everything seemed fine. He gave me two months worth of pain killers. This is why we have people dying of drug overdose, and I guess this is why Carroll County has so many drug addicts!

He was great on my first visit. After that I never saw him again, in 2 years not once. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Phone goes to voicemail if you need help. Don't bother, he doesn't care and only wants your money.

Missed diagnosed a critical condition for months and simply prescribing fluke meds!

I had been researching for months, looking for doctors within a 30 min radius of our home. We had visited some and were not satisfied. Needless to say, we were completely satisfied with Dr. Dutter. He took over 40 minutes with us asking questions, answering questions, and explaining things. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to reassess my medication and put me back on one that had been working. If you are looking for a doctor that will work with ‘the family’, Dr. Dutter is a good place to start.

I was called into his office and when he came into the room he told me I had leukemia. Without giving me anymore information, which type of leukemia, treatment or what to expect, he leaves the room. I learned nothing other than the fact that I had leukemia. For the next two weeks I prepared for the worst. Search on the internet left me more confused than before. No idea how long I could expect to live or what I could expect to go through during that time, I redid my will and prepared for the worst. Then after those two weeks I got another call to return to the doctor's office. Once again he comes into the room where I was waiting and then says, “you don't have leukemia.” And like before he just excites the room. No explanation or apology about him having made the mistake two weeks before. Dr Dutter also reduced my blood pressure medicines after they recorded my BP much lower than every other reading from 2 CVS, Walgreens and 2 daily home reading from my BP kits (all those… reading showing too high). Another doctor in another town was able to redo my meds which have allowed control of my BP.

I took my daughter in for reaction for a medicine and was told to step outside the room for a minute. they threatened to have me removed from the building for being in the hallway outside the room. Then misdiagnosed her condition and when she refused to go to the hospital had her arrested put in hand cuffs and taken to the hospital where we were told the diagnosis was in wrong.
