Doctor Garman is wonderful. From the first visit I had a feeling of trustworthiness and competence. I didn't have to explain in great deal to what I was going through, he knew instinctively. I am so thankful for his Intelligence, skill and willingness to perform a difficult job. Healthcare has been in an upheaval ever since Covid, so patience is required. He is one of the best Doctors I ever went to. He really cares about people. I really miss him and wish I could find out where he gone to.

I received a pain treatment from this doctor which worked well. However, it doesn't negate the fact that I get a pit in my gut when I have to visit him. He is rude, incredibly arrogant, interrupts, doesn't listen and shows no real understanding or empathy towards the patient. When you call the office, their message says for faster service text them at given number. I've done this 5 times and not once have received a response. When needing rx refills, he takes forever to respond to the pharmacy. The pharmacy has expressed routinely about he non-responsive he is. This just further demonstrates how he doesn't care for other people's time or their needs. He is ALWAYS LATE - over an hour because he's stuck in traffic and this on 3 different occasions. He should conduct himself like any other responsible adult that has to be to work on time - plan for it! My time is just as valuable as his. He really shouldn't be working with people or treating patients.

This review is about Dr. Jordan Garman specifically. I will explain why I will never visit Columbia Pain and Spine Institute again. I suffer from chronic nerve and joint pain and was referred to CPSI. My doctor was Jordan Garman, and from the start I wasn't impressed. His attitude towards me was very nonchalant and dismissive. He wasn't thorough in his examination and discussion with me. To add to that, I've been in regular contact with CPSI for weeks trying to get FMLA forms filled out by Dr. Garman, and my claims provider kept saying they hadn't received anything. I told the doctor's office that this was highly important and that there was a deadline placed by my employer. All I got was the runaround, and I just came to find out that after all of these weeks, Dr. Garman is refusing to fill out the paperwork that he's had a copy of for weeks. He didn't bother to communicate that to me until today when I've been asking about the forms multiple times per week. I've now wasted a ton… of time and my job is on the line because of his incompetence and lack of care for me as a patient. I will be contacting my PCP to refer me to a new pain specialist and will never give my business to CPSI again because of Dr. Garman. This doctor is very condescending and has a know it all attitude. By his own admission he said he has never treated my son’s rare complication of diabetes. He totally blew off the hospital’s recommendation for acute pain management saying they have their opinion and he has his. This prompted a 9-1-1 call and a readmission to the hospital which resulted in the hospital giving him the pain medication regimen that actually worked for his extreme pain only to pay for yet another post hospital visit to this man to blow off the hospital recommendation and add another useless medication which does not work at all. We are filing a complaint with medical board.

This man thinks hes better than you, had me in tears when I left that office. 1st meeting him. Cuz my nurse practitioner and Dr left the practice. He has worst manners of any Dr I have seen. Telling me what I need to do and can do. Then talks Down about the others that have left the practice. Those others had respect, good bedside manners.didnt make me feel like a drug addict cuz of my medical issues that I ha e worked so hard to figure what's wrong with me and fix it. So I can get off my pain meds. Trying to micro manage my personal life, is so wrong of you "Garman". PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS DR HE IS RUDE.
