I came to NSB ER with a boil or staph infection just below my lip line. I was there to have them lance it. He came into the room- I told him my evaluation- he lanced and then began squeezing. DUDE, it’s on my face and someone needs to tell this idiot the skin bruises and damages easy. He then states for his student it’s a cyst - and cysts are very rare on the face. LOL- (that’s because it WAS a boil and boils are common) This guy needs to be forced to watch a marathon of Dr Pimple Popper so he knows when he sees one. If he’s a narcissist and reads this stuff- he’ll know exactly who this is. Seriously dude- it’s a boil. NOW - I need to make sure AdventHealth bills it correctly.

I have been to Adventhealth NSB for the last 12 years and have never been treated so horrible by a doctor. I will NEVER go back to this ER if they continue to employ that embicile!!

Bedside manor excellent, allowed me to talk without any interruptions. He allowed me to go home since my vitals were within normal limits for my height and weight. He told me to come back to the ER anytime, whether I was broke, bleeding, or just under the weather. I came back for a sharp pain in my neck, chest, and arms unable to breathe. He went above and beyond what my asthma Dr asked. He gave me a complete workup and thorough exam. My insurance company was very pleased and so was I!

Bedside manner terrible you asked questions he cut you off he does not answer your questions and What doctor would release a patient with a heart rate of 17 beats per minute blood pressure 149 over 98 for a person that is 5 1 and 1/4 and only weighs 97 lb he told me do not come back to the ER unless I am bleeding or broke something I came to the ER for the third time due to the fact of having sharp neck chest arm pains unable to breathe he did not do as my asthma doctor had asked to check my bronchial tubes he pretty much didn't do anything except blood work and looked over the report of what was done the time I came in before Humana is not happy
