Dr. Jordan Mussary, MD

This doctor used to be amazing but now he sends what seems to be the majority of his patients to the nurse practitioner. Even if you ask to schedule an advance appointment with the doctor for a serious issue they will ask you to call every day and see if he’s available because they only take same day sick appointments. Very frustrating when you have a concern and you want to see the actual doctor you chose for your kids. And it’s very hard to plan with school schedules if you have to call every day hoping the doctor is available and if he’s not wait and try again the next day. Awful, awful setup.

The absolute best pediatrician! Caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and approachable. Dr Mussary is one of a kind. Our family will be forever grateful to him. We are so grateful to have him as our Doctor.

We did not have a pediatrician and Dr Mussary was the on call pediatrician at the hospital. He made us feel comfortable with him, with the way he dealt with our newborn. His office is a little way from where we live but we gave him a shot by going to a couple of visits, and I am sticking with him! He is very warm and nurturing and caring to my baby, and he has no problem with me messaging him with any questions. He really spends time with you and doesn’t rush out to see another patient.

He is an amazing, caring person and doctor!

Dr .Mussary is a fabulous dr and guy! Some of the staff are not so nice but as for a Dr goes he is the best!

Dr. Mussary is very dedicated doctor. He is very friendly with children and parents. Always listens and discusses your concerns and answers all the questions. The appointments are easy to make and the wait is short unless its a time before school starts. The stuff is very courteous and prompt.

He is inappropriate sometimes with his patients. I dont really care for him and prefer to find someone else who knows what he's doing.

We have been going to Dr. Mussary since my son was an infant and it's been 3 years now. My son just loves him. I like the fact that he talks directly to my son and treats him wonderfully. I highly recommend him.

We had recently moved to Florida and had visited another pediatrician practice in Boca Raton. The doctor there refused to talk to my son, even when my son asked him a direct question! When my son asked about side effects of a medicine he was being given for an infection...a good question coming from a 9 year old...his old pediatrician mocked him and told him his hair would fall out, and he'd turn purple, and added, "Can you handle that?!" with an annoyed tone. Needless to say, we went shopping for a new pediatrician...and we were so lucky to find Dr. Mussary!! What a fantastic doctor he is! From our first appointment with him, he came in the room and greeted my son FIRST, and then me. My son was beaming. After all, HE was the patient, and HE was the one feeling nervous on the exam table. So Dr. Mussary's happy greeting put him at ease. When he had questions about my son, he directed them TO my son and let him have the opportunity to answer for himself and share the responsibility… for his own health decisions. Sure, the final decisions rest on the parents, but children have a voice also, and Dr. Mussary clearly wants to hear it. My son was so happy when we left, and he said, "I like him, Mom. He didn't make me feel like a baby." Even the kids appreciate his respectful, caring manner. :-)
