Dr. Jordan David Samter, MD

I transferred my Kids pediatrician to Dr. Samter office because when I use to live in Florida as a child this is where my mother brought me for care. However, the staff here is terrible. You come on time for your appointment with no one in the waiting lounge and you still wait 20 minutes before your actually called to the “MA”. The medical assistant doesn’t even wear scrubs. She has a shirt and pants with Jordan tennis shoes. Very unprofessional. Then once the MA takes you back to the room, you wait another 30-45 mins before the PA comes in. This is terrible service especially when you have a sick child, that’s why you initially requested a sick appointment. The wait is like this every time.

He is the only doctor I take my three boys to! If he is out of the office I don't make appointments. Even with the crazy first time mom, my kid has a runny nose, visits he is very patient, cares about your comfort, explains everything clearly, and is never condescending or belittling. Between my three he and his staff know my family, they always do a great job at accommodating us!

My boys' have been patients of DR. Samter for over 13yrs. My children and I think he is awesome. Very knowledgeable and he has always made us feel like he truly cares about our family. Great Job!

This place is located in the rough section of town, Only thing I liked alot was the ease of getting an appointment which I usually could be squeezed in with in a day, mediocre at best but it was my babies 1st pediatrician.

This Dr is one of the best we have seen and a caring kind person.
