Dr. Jordan Scott Ross

Dr. Ross is always relaxed and patient, taking as much time as necessary to answer questions and explain. Yet I almost never have to wait past the scheduled time for my appointment. I am very happy to have discovered him 9 years ago.

Dr. Ross treats you with great respect and dignity. His advice, along with his fantastic medical skills is most awarding. He takes time at each visit to talk with you on a one to one basis, with an excellent bedside manner. Doesn't make you feel uneasy. His staff is very courteous. I had Dr. Ross as a family doctor for a many years and would ever so much recommend him to anyone.

Dr Ross and Cheryl Simmons, FNP-C, are the first "doctors" we have found that truly care about and listen to you. The office staff is genuine and caring also. They have taken care of us for the last 10 years. My husband and I feel blessed to have found We Care Family Wellness Center.

This is the best doctor I've ever went to. Yes, it is difficult to get an appointment but I understand why. Going to his office feels more like visiting your best friend house who has a Medical degree. It is rare a real doctor will come and greet your patients. Most of medical doctors you get to spend 30 minutes with staff and 5 minutes with the doc. Dr. Ross will spend time in listening and examing you. To me his office is a "Boutique Office". I am happy to find this "Gem office".

To get an appointment is very difficult. No one ever answers the phone. If you leave a message they will get back to you in a day or two. It takes about 2 weeks to get an appointment. And if you're late, forget it. He won't see you even though the next patient has'nt arrived. I've never minded waiting 10 to 20 minutes to see Dr. Ross because he was worth the wait. I'm very sorry to say the 2013 version of "We Care" is lacking in the impersonal way to get an appointment with the good doc.

Dr. Ross and their staff are really nice! It shows that he cares for his patients. I would definately see him but there is a problem. There is a dog in the office!! Now I do like dogs and in some office environments I wouldn't mind having one but NOT at a doctors office! The dog goes everywhere in the office... there is a doggie door for every room in the suite. While the doctor was cheking me out the dog was there and there were some treats on the floor and the doctor even pet the dog before he started with me (he did not wash his hands) It looked like a very clean dog but none the less its a DOG!!!... If they kept the dog in the office where they take care of all the paperwork and away from patients then I wouldn't have a problem with it.This is the main reason why I gave this doctor a low rate. I don't consider a professional doctor someone who has a dog in an environment that is supposed to be clean and sterile. Imagine someone handling needles with dirty hands! or examining your… body after being licked by the dog...

My wife is Dr. Ross' patient and when she got sick both he and Cheryl were there supporting us in every way possible. I can't express the sincerity and thoughtfullnes of this practice. I'm overwhelmed with the personal care provided by them both. What doctor provides a direct line 24X7 when a patient has a crisis. I plan to make Dr. Ross my primary care doctor after they have made a rough road easier to handle with such personal care.
