Dr. Jordan Frank Vaughn, MD

I made my appointment for a specific problem and the office staff (nurses and receptionist) did not inform me that on that day I couldn't get that service. I found out after waiting 3 hours when the doctor told me. So I was charged for a full service when the time in front of the doctor was 5 minutes and all he did was tell me I needed to see another doctor.

I’ve been under the care of Dr. Jordan Vaughn for six years now. He’s an incredible physician and diagnostician. His bedside manner is top shelf. He always takes the time to dig deeper than the presenting symptoms and doesn’t stop until he works with you to come up with a plan. He’s also well aware of when a referral is needed and has a strong network of specialists to refer you to if it comes to that. Basically he isn’t one of those doctors who thinks they know everything about everything and will put your best interests first. I can’t say enough about him.

This guy is not built to be a primary physician and his office is ridiculously unprofessional. Receptionists don't give messages to nurses, even from other nurses, referrals don't get processed, nurses don't call back when they say they will, the doctor cancels appointments at the last minute. My father chose Dr. Vaughn to be his primary care physician, for God knows what reason, and now that he has dementia-related needs and is in a nursing home, we are counting the days until we can change his plan and get rid of this guy and this awful office.

Dr Jordan Vaughn is a great! doctor. He is very caring and professional. I recommend him.

I have never had a better doctor. Dr. Vaughn helped me through some very tough times with my health and I credit him with saving my life by properly diagnosing blood clots around my lungs when another doctor spent about five minutes with me and told me I had pneumonia and sent me home. I thank God that Dr. Vaughn saw me a few days later. He arranged everything for me at the hospital and, according to the Emergency Room doctors, just in the nick of time, as I was almost gone by the time I got to the hospital. Dr. Vaughn continued as my doctor and medical manager as my list of specialists grew longer and then helped me with disability. I have never had a doctor that took the time to work with me, and cared so much about me.

First meeting, seemed very concerned about my well being and "listened" to me and made me feel very comfortable. As a senior lady, I felt that he would be there to provide me excellent care when needed.
