NP's and Physician do not get back in a timely manner re: clinical issues with our clients. Difficult to even get a physician to call you back at all especially after hours.

This Dr has no business treating elderly with dementia. He uses dangerous antipsychotics, anti-depressants and anti-epileptic medications with clear, fatal black box warnings of sudden death and are prohibited by the FDA and drug manufacturers, overriding same. Nothing necessitates this on elderly dementia WITHOUT severe behaviors. All elderly with dementia have some behaviors and the harm and permanent, irreversible injury and even sudden death caused by these medications are the antiquated treatment of yesterday not today. It's abuse, chemical incapacitation and this is how he treats our beloved elderly. Furthermore, the harm outweighs any benefit as they have been proven ineffective on elderly with dementia according to CMS, NIH, FDA, and the drug manufacturers. Horrible!!

My husband is home-bound post stroke. We are new to AZ and Dr. Livi has been our beacon of optimism and information. He brings powerful human compassion into our home every time he comes in addition to his perceptive, insightful and effective treatment. I give him and his friendly and responsive support staff the highest rating and recommendation possible.
