Dr. Jordy Steven Sacksner, MD

I didn’t even go to my post-op appointment because Sacksner was the most unprofessional and rude doctor I’ve ever dealt with. I had to have two surgeries with him because my surgical site from the first surgery got infected. I had to have a fistulotomy after I developed an abscess and fistula from the sphicterotomy surgery he performed. He created so many more problems for me than I had before seeing him. Any time I contacted him over the phone with healing concerns he dismissed the pain I was in and even yelled at me and hung up on me at one point. If you actually want to heal from your condition and have trust in your surgeon, stay far away from this guy.

I should follow my instinct not to go with Dr Sacksner for my hemorrhoid surgery. He did not explain things, It gives me false feeling that he is too confident to explain. But after 6 months of surgery, I still bleed after bowl movement. Very bad experience.

As a surgeon, he may be good. When it comes to post-surgery follow-up, he is horrible. My mother recently had a right hemicolectomy. He gave us no expectations of post surgery other than 2-3 days in the hospital and 6 weeks recovery. I called him twice in two days with questions regarding my mother's recovery. He was very short and rude both times. The second time he outright told me "don't call with with questions anymore". We will not be going back to see him.

In making appointment Denise was wonderful in accommodating my scheduling needs for my first and follow up visit. Sherry was my nurse and made sure I was in the loop on what was happening now and future with my 2 procedures. Dr Sacksner was very knowledgeable in addressing my needs, informed me of processes involved , and expected outcomes for my surgeries . Set date for surgery and follow up . Everything went according to plan. You could not ask for a better doctor or staff to deal with.

I like Dr Sacksner as he was down to business when I needed answers and understood what I needed for my best health results. I needed surgery and wanted only the best and I got it.

When I went to Dr. Sacksner, I had no idea what was wrong with me. When I left , I knew exactly what was wrong with me, had a date for surgery, & was at ease and felt I would be healed. Since I've had my surgery I am so much better. He is a wonderful, highly skilled, very compassionate. He puts you totally at ease. Excellent communicator, great bedside manner. He's the best!

Dr. Sacksner is an expert at his position. He is kind & compassionate & uses humor to relieve patient tension. He will take the time to answer all of your questions & will explain all of your options.
