I chose cardiology because it is a fascinating and rewarding specialty that offers continuous opportunities to learn while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Cardiovascular disease remains one of the leading health challenges, and I am passionate about helping patients improve and maintain their heart health.
I am passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and treating every patient with dignity, respect and empathy. One of the most fulfilling aspects of being a clinician is helping patients through difficult and vulnerable times while knowing that I can make a positive impact on their health and well-being. I am committed to continually growing in my role and advancing my knowledge to better serve my patients.
When I'm not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with family and attending sporting events, especially tennis, hockey, baseball and football games. I am also actively involved in my church and have participated in mission trips to Liberia …with my mother. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for service, community and helping others both locally and internationally.
My commitment is to provide personalized, patient-centered cardiovascular care that helps patients feel heard, supported and informed. I believe in building trusting relationships through open communication and treating every patient as I would a member of my own family.
