Dr. Jorge M Aguilar, DDS

I called my insurance company to make sure I got an in network dentist, they gave me Dr. Jorge Aguilar's number and address. I called and asked if in network they said yes. My insurance covered everything at 100 percent! On the phone the girl started with the 99 dollar special, I gave her my insurance info and advised covered at 100 percent, she said yay! When I went in for my appointment, I filled out paperwork and copies of all my insurance, id, etc. The girl told me to take the new xrays then went back in the room. Another girl came in and started to tell me about the 99 dollar special? I told her why am I going to pay anything if my insurance covers at 100 percent? Then she said it won't cover the new xray machine, and again the 99 dollar special, I told her why can't they do regular x-rays? Then she said they were not in network, I told I personally talked to insurance company and they said dr was in net work! AGAIN with the 99 dollar special! UGH!! They way she spoke to me made… feel so unwanted, I cried when I went to my car! The way she offered to do the cleaning was so obvious that if I wasn't paying ten they did not want me there. I cried my way home. I have never felt so low in my life.! I called my insurance company again and again they verified they are in network. I told them everything that happened and was crying telling them and they are going to review Dr Jorge Aguilar, I hope they take them of my insurance!
