Dr. Jorge Juan Asconape, MD

This doctor is ignorant. He didn't give me an exam at all whatsoever. He filled in the paperwork saying that he indeed did give me an exam and he forged multiple areas of the paperwork. He isn't a MS doctor yet he wrote in my chart that I most likely don't have MS. This was my first appointment with him and last. Because of him a lot of my medical records will look as if I had lied to other doctors and I would never do that. I haven't found too many doctors I didn't like at loyola but he really doesn't belong there. He doesn't belong teaching any student. The fact that he said all of my strength in my extremities is normal its not a true fact. He went out of bounds by asking me what I talk to my therapist about. I talk to my therapist about doctors who treat me like that. I don't appreciate any of the behavior he displayed. He has horrible bedside manner.

Dr. Asconape found the solution to my sickness after 20 years of seeing many, many Dr's in Chicago. After my surgery no more seizures come into my brain.

I very happy that he found out what was causing my seizures and diagnose me very fast it took the other neurologist at a different hospital over two years and they still couldn't tell me what was causing my seizures

This doctor takes time and listens.

The best doctor I have met. He has great bedside manners and takes his time. My first visit was almost 2 hours long. He cured my epileply. I've been seizure free for 5 years thanks to doctor Asconpe. He will always have a special place in my heart.

Dr Asconape and the neurosurgeon Dr Anderson at Loyola in Maywood were the best group of doctors I have experienced. I had Brain Surgery and have been seizure free since 2004 all thanks to Dr Asconape and his team.

Dr. Asconape has a gentle kindness personality. I am able to relax and not become anxious when discussing my symptoms. He takes time to listen and answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Asconape.

Really like Dr. Asconape, extremely knowlegable and nice! I prefer the Burr Ridge location - do not like the OB Terrace location even though it is very close to home, just the building is old and the rest of the Loyola buildings are so nice! So I travel to Burr Ridge because he is a great doctor!

I FIRST THANK MY HEAVENLY FIRST FOR ALL HE DOES. THEN I THANK MY HEAVENLY FATHER FOR THIS WONDERFUL DR.ASCONAPE AND HIS STAFF FOR ALL THEY DO. THERES NOT ENOUGH STARS TO RATE THEM FOR ALL HE DOES AND HIS STAFF.THANK YOU DR. ASCONAPE FOR ALL YOU DONE AND STILL DOING FOR ME.I CAN'T STOP THANKING YOU AND YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF.I LOVE YOUS ALL!!!!!!!!!

I was thrilled to finally find a doctor who knew what I was talking about and understood what I was going through. He was able to explain everything in detail to me. He is so very nice too. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needed a neurologist.
