Disgusting display of staff they have.

I was extremely disappointed with this office. By recommendation I was supposed to see Dr. Orozco and ended up seeing a Nurse Practitioner. The office is under Dr. Barcenas name, but He doesn’t see patients. In other words I had to wait a long time to see a Nurse Practitioner, the staff does not collaborate at all and overall service wasn’t good. I dont recommend this office to anybody, there are too many offices willing to offer a good service.

staff horrible,mal educadas y chuzmas me trataron muy mal ,tenia una cirujia no le habian mandado los resultados para mi operacion,ademas laboratorio pesimo ,me dieron mal lo resultados de mis analisis, que tuve que atrasar mi operacion y ver a un oncologo en la cual estaba mejor que nunca y en esa oficina por poco me matan del susto con mis resultados de los analisis ,ojo en ese lugar ,doctor horrible,se fue de vacaciones y no se preocuparon por mi .lo mas espantoso ese lugar.

-Overall I was very happy with the staff, Maria and naively the referral clerk took care of my issues. I agree the girl in the front is a little slow but she is very sweet.i My last pcps office was a joke...I think they werent trained or didnt care. The doctor was very nice and talkative which is rare now a days! Will go back for my follow up, After reading the negative comments, I must say they seem to be sour people. I know no one is perfect so cut this office !-Write about whether you would recommend-Write as if you are talking to a peer who is asking your opinion

I hope my first visit goes better than my experience making the appointment. After reading the reviews online I decided to drive to the office on my lunch break. the lobby was very clean and tranquil, but I did not get a very welcoming reception at the office window.Therefore I decided to call and make my appointment instead. I did not appreciate the receptionist condescending attitude. I advised that I did not have a home number (many people don't these day) and she made an issue about it. My appointment is in two weeks I hope that experience is better

Dr Barcenas and his staff have treated my family the way you expect a doctor to treat his patients, with compassion, knowledge and a wonderful understanding of the human condtition. Thank you Dr. Bfor being a great doctor but also for being a great person!
