Dr. Jorge Cesar Bruno, MD

Went today as an emergency appt my emergency medication did not come thru pharmacist spoke to someone at the office for the medication name and he was told someone else would need to call in the medication and that most likely it would be tomorrow my appt was 1:20 PM with Dr Jorge Bruno I called the office again b4 closing told the guy that answered I needed the supervisor he transferred me and I got her voice mail left message I was still at the pharmacy waiting this was b4 5:00 PM still no call back. This is not how an emergency should be completed for this I would have gone to Urgent Care! I am still at the pharmacy 5:30 pm to see if pharmacist is called or I will now have to go to urgent care as well a total waste of time I will contact my insurance carrier about this as well the double cost to the insurance company a doctors office and now urgent care is totally unacceptable!

First of all, you arrive at the office and there is a large parking lot. I parked my car there and went inside. The waiting room had about 50 people, mostly elderly some in wheelchairs waiting. I was early for my appointment and asked the receptionist if they were running very behind. She responded "no this is normal", we have 2 doctors...insurance card and ID please." Then she asked where I parked, and was told my car would be towed if I did not have a handicapped sticker. I told her I did not park in a handicap spot and she said it did not matter, I needed to move my car. There were no signs that said "handicapped parking". So, I parked about a block away and went back inside. There was nowhere to sit down and I was told I could sit out in a hallway. I asked her how long the wait was realistically, and was told possibly 3 hours. I find this totally despicable and a huge lack of respect for MY time. I asked for my card and id back and left. Never go there unless you like sitting in… doctors waiting rooms. They operate under the name Med Eye Associates and have different locations. STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr. Bruno is a knowledgeable, expert surgeon and I recommend him highly.
