Dr. Jorge Alberto De Diego, MD

Doesn’t follow COVID regulations or patient privacy rules (patient room door was left wide open while consulting patient). Doral location is old, tight, and uncomfortable. Nurses judge and make rude comments. Too laid back and unprofessional.

Dr. De Diego is a great doctor with horrible people skills, rude, and disrespectful who curses out his employees in front of his patients and doesn't care about who you are! horrible pay and horrible customer service! only good thing that ever came from that office is Maria Hass who is an angel and the staff! Dr. De Diego needs anger management classes!

Dr Diego is a very caring and understanding. A superb Doctor.

Great doctor in the worst location: University of Miami. They ever answer hones and never arrange appointmnets at the right time... even if you need to see the doctor immediately...they wont even call the doctor to ask them a possibility of a faster appointment or make sure that the patient is really telling the thrut or not. I completely hate the UM hspital system... I really like the doctor, but need to rethink if hes worth all the hasle the the University of Miami makes anyones go through.

The entire staff is great. Amazing helpful people. Dr. De Diego on the other hand is incapable of operating; I had an infection which was taken care the prior week at his pediatric centre by Dr. Judith Villalobos she informed me that within a month of my prescription being done I should do another test to make sure that everything was in check. A week later/Today I went to pick up my results and Dr. De Diego took me in and wanted me to take a urine test saying that he wanted to check that the infection was gone and then another urine test 2 weeks from now. When I told him that I'd rather take my urine test 2 weeks from now because for sure my infection would still show up and Judith had told me to wait a month, instead of explaining in depth the reasons as to why I have to do it now he went off on me... told me to never come back again and that he is going to report me to the health board. As I was paying $25 to the receptionist for him just reading my previous results he came again… and told me to not talk and get out. I am honestly disgusted with his lack of professionalism and he truly shouldn't be taking care of patients while he's trying to scam you making you pay for extra tests when you do not NEED them. Judith Villalobos in the same centre; if you HAVE to go there make sure she takes care of you; she is professional and has been taking care of my family for approx. a year

This office is horrible! Everytime I go I spend 2-5 hours in the office. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I have had problems with getting a referral, getting copies of a shot record and being charged twice. My son also had a bad reaction to the two prescriptions given to him at the same time. Doral has to have better pediatricians out there. Save your time and your patience by going to another pediatrician!!

Dr. De La Torre is a great doctor he has been sein my son ever since he was born, literally he was at the hospital when he was born. Hes really nice and he makes you feel comfortable going to his office and askin him any questions. Yes his office does get full so for faster service i recommend goin in morning.

He used to be the doctor of my kids.Because of the disrepectful waiting of more than 1 1/2 hours every time we went I decided to leave to another doctor. He accepts walk ins and schedules appts of for every 15 minutes so the result is a fool waiting room with children and parents who have to wait stand for that amount of time. That was a time that me and my husband waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes!! But you need doctors and you already left work early to be there and pick up the kids from school in order to be there ON TIME so what can you do but wait, right? Wrong! Look for a doctor who gives the respect our children and we as parents and PAYERS deserve! And oh yes, you will always get an appt fairly easily. They just won't tell you you'll need much patience to wait every single time.

I've been going to Jorge A. De Diego for as long as i can remember. He has a great personality, hes absolutely nice and wonderful, and is an excellent doctor. If you have a child Dr. Jorge A. De Diego is the doctor for your child!

My first born son, now three, has been seeing Dr De Diego for the last 2 years. The doctor has been very patient with me and my wife, as well as her family, to ensure that we understand his diagnosis and recommendations. He is very clear and to the point, yet he has also taken the time to earn my son's trust. It's a comfort to know that Dr De Diego and his wife are there for us when we need them.
