Jorge Alejandro Gainza Rodriguez, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Jorge Gainza is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who began their nursing career after earning an Associate of Science in Nursing from Miami Dade College in 2020. With several years of experience in critical care, including working in ICU and CVICU settings at Memorial Regional Hospital, Jorge has developed a strong clinical foundation in managing complex medical conditions. His passion for mental health led him to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from FIU, where he gained the specialized knowledge necessary to support patients with diverse mental health needs.Currently enrolled in a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at FIU, fluent in English and Spanish, Jorge excels in creating individualized care plans that align with patients’ goals and values.
