Dr. Jorge Norbert Glass, MD

I’m very sorry that Dr. Glass is no longer working at Baptist Lung in Fernandina Beach, FL. He is an amazing doctor and he listened to any and all symptoms and information that we observed at home. Not all symptoms happen in front of the doctor. His replacement does not want to hear any patient input or caregiver input. Very dismissive. We miss Dr. Glass very much.

Dr. Glass is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He is thorough, caring, and easy to talk with. He listens well, explains clearly, and follows up in a timely manner. My only complaint is that he has too many patients, and there is often a very long wait at his office in Winter Haven. His staff is courteous and helpful, though, so it is all worth the wait.
