I was referred to Dr. Leal by my GP for a vasectomy. The office manager lied and stated that I was not covered under my insurance... I called my insurance, found out i was covered 100%, called back, and the office manager refused to even call my insurance to find eligibility?!?! I can go anyplace with my plan, but I will not be going to a place that lies & refuses to do their job... Sub par customer service!!!

Just called Dr Leal office to make an appointment with Dr Leal. His office worker said Dr Leal does not take cash patients. What a sad day in America when Drs would rather go through the hassel of dealing with insurance companiesthan to Treat a Patient Paying cash. My husband And I are always Cash pay and have been for over 25 yrs. Have excellent credit and this is just really sad..

My urologist for many years. Always listens n asks me pertinent. Questions n follows up.

Leal is a great doctor and most all his staff is fantastic with exception of ONE his wife she threatens patients, mean, yells, won't let patients ask her questions. I was in her office and a gentalmen was asking her about billing why a price had changed instead of talking to him she threatened to kick him out without letting him see the doctor. she has lied to me on several occations LEAL IF YOU READ THIS YOU NEED TO MAKE SOME OFFICE CHANGES BEFORE YOUR PRACTICE GOES UNDER I WOULD GIVE 4 STARS IF NOT FOR OFFICE

It took me months to get my boyfriend to agree to go get help. This first question is who is your insurance carrier-"oh" well I will call you back on Monday. Then on Monday after no call-my boyfriend back and was told they would have to check with Dr. Leal. The result-the doctor elects not to give you an appointment.

Dr. Leal is the best urologist in Brevard. I always come with questions and he always answers every one, patiently. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Very honest and to the point. Just what you want from a doctor.
