Patient- Great experience excellent communication with the doctor and the staff .

This is the 21st Century and email and text are the preferred methods of communication. Dr. Miranda's Office provides NEITHER. That fact is enough to change doctors.

Dr. Miranda is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Also, he is the only doctor in the valley to use bioidentical hormones. He is very progressive and is always up to date on the latest information. He also listens to you and is willing to answer any question without making you feel dumb for asking it.

Wanted scheduled office visit for each test, did not address problem, went to different doctor would not release records until after 7 to10 days had passed this after two faxed request were made

Dr Miranda is a great Gyn, i dont have any bad comments to say just that hes an amazing doctor very professional and his staff too, everyone very nice. i had already gone to 3 gyn and none of them helped much. im so happy with dr miranda hes a great doctor and i will defenetly go with him again. If there was more star i would rate him all!

I am convinced God led me to Dr. Miranda and Shelley!!! I was facing a hysterectomy and dreading six weeks out of work and at least six weeks of pain. Little did I know, right "next door" in Mission I could find a highly skilled doctor who performs laparoscopic hysterctomies. My case was a bit complicated, but not for Dr. Miranda. Surgery Monday, out of the hospital Tuesday, on the walking trail (taking it easy) by Friday and back to work the following Thursday without ANY pain.Dr. Miranda is indeed a Godsend, as is Shelley!!!!

Dr. Miranda is an excellent doctor, one of few that understands female hormones and how to balance them. However, the office staff/operation needs a lot of improvement. Half the time the attending nurse during the office visit does not give me the information the doctor asks her to, requiring me to make another trip to the office. It seems that there is not very good follow-up on the part of the staff. Once they tried to draw blood for a test I already had blood drawn for. They charge $1 per page for any test results you would like to have and you have to sign a release form EVERY time you want to have a copy. The office is way overstaffed, it seems he has 25 women milling about and what ends up happening is that there is a lack of communication. In summary, Dr. Miranda is an excellent doctor but the office management needs improvement.

Iwent to see Dr. Miranda for pelvic pain which I have persist since my hysterectomy which was performed by another doctor who really did not know how to help me. Instead she kept on performing surgeries that I maybe did not need. I went to see him for hormone therapy and he has addressed every issue with me possible. Not in a very aggressive way because of my condition and I really appreciate that from him. I have gotten so much better and I feel that he is a great doctor because he and his assistant Shelly have taken the time to not only listen to me but helped get some part of my life back to normal. I know I still have a way to go but I feel confident that with there hehlp I will get back to normal.
