Dr. Jorge Murillo, MD

What a shame!!! I’ve heard wonderful reviews about Dr. Murillo..... but his staff and front desk office supervisor could barely answer the phone, oh and not to mention the lack of english.... Have we forgotten that we are in United States not Cuba!!! I tried scheduling an appointment for the first time as a second opinion and couldn’t even make it through the receptionist( Catalina) horrible manners, and not to mention the office manager, she didn’t even let me speak or asking anything.. first question: what insurance do I have? Really? second question/request: medical notes from my primary MD... without that no appointment... I mean seriously?! Is this how medical doctores operate now a days? we are surrounded my square heads and people that are more concerned in processing a transaction instead of finding a way to treat and cure human health/life... GOD please help us. This is really sad! ????

The group does not appear to be interested in providing quality service, distracted. Staff vulgar and noisy

I have been with Dr. Murillo for over 8 years. He has seen me go from great health to literally on death's doorstep and because of him I am now healthy again and still kicking. I cannot recommend him enough.
