Excellent in explaining my options. Dr Pando took his time to explain my options for birth control at my age. He suggested Mirena and except for discomfort of the first month, it’s been a blessing. The whole experience was easy and the staff was extremely nice and friendly.

By far, the friendliest and most professional medical office I have visited. Richard was courteous and attentive to all my questions via phone and in person. My nurse Vanessa was a sweetheart. She was the sweetest nurse that I have come across in a long time. Trust me, I have had my share of negative experiences with condescending, rude, and unprofessional doctors and staff. This visit was definitely a positive one all around. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Dr. Pando and staff for one of the best gynecological visits I have had in a long time. :)

Amazing Doctor!and extremely caring/understanding staff. I brought my mother to Dr Pando for a medical problem she's been having for the past 3 years, we had gone to two different doctors with no results, on the first visit he identified her problem, the surgery was booked and done with ease, now her problem has finally been resolved. We feel very grateful and blessed to have found this office. By the way he's now my GYN and would not change him for anything. Thank you Dr. Pando and staff : )
