I can't say anything bad about his skills as a surgeon, but his medical office is a TOTAL MESS! Starting with the unfriendly and obnoxious (odiosa) receptionist, as well as the other unfriendly person who shares the front window desk with her, both behave as if they were doing you a favor for attending you...their "people manners" leave a lot to be desired. They don't care about the needs of their patients. Next, on the three occasions I visited his office he was ALWAYS!!! running late, plus you end up spending an inordinate amount of hours before he sees you and you can go home...in the mean time, the parking cost grow by the minute. Next, their system calls for you to dial their tel. number after 9:00 AM the day of your appointment and obtain from the receptionist the time you should report upstairs to the office...well, the phone rings off the hook multiple times until you finally get lucky and she answers... by the way her telephone manners ALSO leave a lot to be desired. I… promised to myself that I would never seek his services ever again.
