Dr. Jorge Antonio Quel, MD

This is the most unprofessional allergist office. They just make so many appointments to test you and meet with the doctor to get your insurance money and don't give you proper results. I had gone to an incredible allergist Dr. Pham in Arcadia many years before and got allergy shots that helped me. That allergist told me specifically what I am allergic to. Dr. Quell spent all of 10 minutes with 2 appointments to hand me a child like drawing circled with dust mites, grass, pollen, weeds and trees. What trees? What weeds? Every person isn't allergic to the same trees or weeds! I called to follow up with office to get that info and they never call you back. Stay away!

Dr. Quel's office's primary motivation is to be able to charge insurance companies $800 for you to see him for 15 mins of a rushed analysis. Because of this you will have to visit unnecessarily many many times. The staff is extremely rude. I requested my test results be sent to me and they insist I make an appointment. They have withheld my results for almost a year until I reached out for advice and they told me it was my right to have my records and results sent to me. I called again and the older receptionist hung up on me 4 times when I said, "no I don't want to make an appointment, I just want my results sent to me." Scammers with a medical license. Tyrant receptionist who should be fired. They should be audited by the medical board as well as California Patients rights. I will initiate this if I do not have my results sent to me.

Stay away from this office! The most rudest, worse staff specially Jessica the medical assistant! Stay away from this nasty place

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This guy will waste your time for MONTHS just so he can bill your insurance for tons of visits. Even had to come in SEPARATELY to get results for all my back stabbings. Turns out it was a rouse to try to get me to come in 2x a week INDEFINITELY for shots! When I said no, he tried negotiating it down to once... only way he was able to get me out of the office was by saying he’d email me my allergy results (the only reason I was there...) Ended up getting an email (after calling, and calling) that I was allergic to “pollen” and “pets”. Thanks dude. (I’m not even allergic to pets) SCAM!

Found the doctor very knowledgeable and patient.

Experienced and patient. Good with children.

Friendly staff good allergist

Terrible office. Rude staff. Dirty patient care standards. Under-dosing to rip off your Ins. Co. Inflexible.
