Dr. Quintero and his staff is great! They make you feel safe! Nice people and his is awesome, another dentist wanted to take my teeth out and he is trying to save them!

Not recommend this dental office at all. This office has young dentist who did not have enough experience working on the floor and the hygienist also has less knowledge to perform the work.

I was a patient of his for a few years. He does a great job for the regular check ups and cleanings. A problem did not occur until I had to have a root canal, then everything went horribly wrong. Here is what happened: 1. I had a root canal and afterwards it never felt right for a few months until eventually the crown fell off 2. When I called his office several times on a Thursday morning, no one answered nor called back. I even went to the office and it was closed, with no reason as to why on their door. I had no notification that they were closed through email or text, it was not a holiday and I even checked their website and Facebook and nothing indicated it was closed. I called the doctor emergency number and he never called back. Then after 5pm a lady called and told me he was out of the country for a month and I needed to call another doctor. She gave me a number to call, but at this point I had already found my own doctor not wanting to have an issue over the weekend. With… so many avenues of communication, why did they not let anyone know this on a voicemail, website, text of on their Facebook page? I went to an amazing doctor who had to completely redo the crown, even though I had brought the piece intact hoping he could fix it. The new dentist showed me on an x-ray how bad it fit from the beginning (which I already knew by the way it felt)...I thought that was the end of the story, but wait there's more... After this visit I started having a throbbing pain in that area and it turns out that Dr. Q did not "seal up" all areas during the root canal and I ended up having an abscess. Now, I am have to have treatment from a specialized dentist (and endodontist). I have never even heard of this kind of doctor before this experience. What do they do in this situation, trust me friends you do not want to know. Here are the options: 1. remove the tooth and have a tooth implant (worst case scenario, but an option) 2. a surgery that is not guaranteed 3. the one I chose, an "extensive root canal" #3 involves two visits to the endodontist AND then you still have to go back to your regular dentist to see if they can repair the crown or have to redo it completely. Believe it or not, this is the "best" option. I didn't know you could have two root canals on the same tooth! Now, my dental insurance is maxed out and I will be paying upwards of a thousand dollars to fix this disaster. Bottom line, you do not want to have this experience. If you are getting your teeth cleaned, he is great, but for anything beyond that I would run! I pray this helps someone avoid this HORRIBLE kind of experience.
