Not sure why Dr Revero and the office manager lied to me! I no longer had insurance I was told that 80 dollars would cover visit and lab! I got a bill and was told they switch labs and they made a mistake! Continued getting bills told front desk and office manager! I was told we will take care of it! Now I am no longer a patient dont worry we will take care of it. Turn into don't worry the lab will not come after you and will not ruin your credit! If I knew that 80 dollars didn't cover appointment and lab I most likely would have gone to a different doctor! I have almost a 1,600 dollar bill from the lab! I am getting a bill every month they are not forgetting about it! Office manager will not return phone calls! I expected a little more from Dr. Revero!

Office manager gives me name and cell phone number of sales rep. that they have contract with. Not sure why my business was with vital pain! Dr. Revero not sales rep at lab. I didn't want to give Dr. Revero I bad review! Which wouldn't have been hard! Lab told me that many patients have call and complain! Dr. Revero please I need this taken care of! Today was my first appointment with Dr Rivero and I was very pleased with the staff and Dr Rivero. I have different pain issues on top of having Multiple Sclerosis. I appreciated the time that Dr Rivero took looking at my records, my discs from different scans and also wanting to be added to the additional scans I am getting, that were already scheduled for the day after my appointment with him. I also noticed other patients that were in the waiting room seem to also be very pleased with the care that he provides. I will definitely recommend Dr Rivero to anyone looking for a doctor that takes time to thoroughly read and review your records and actually talks to you, not at you. Very pleased with my first visit and look forward to continuing with the practice.

Doctor Rivero really does care and wants to help. How many doctors put you in a room to sit and wait for what seems to be an eternity. Then spends less than 5 min with you. When he comes in the room its like your his only patient. You wont feel rushed or could never tell he is really busy. I have been going to his office for about 2 years now. One time I did have a short visit, On my part, And Dr. Rivero apologize for that. And its not only him, The entire team/staff is like this. They are there to help. I always have a question or two and someone will have an answer. If you have to call, They do answer the phone or call back the same day. Everyone is very polite, place is clean, Big and updated. Level parking lot, 1st floor, Right by the door. That also helps when you cant walk good, or have other issues.

he takes the care out of healthcare claims he can only use 1 pharmarcy. I am elderly and never used street drugs was prescribed medication to help with very little relief and then told I had a drug problem YOU DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO PAY TO BE TREATED LIKE A DRUG ADDICT

I really like this Dr. He is very nice and respectful. My only problem is, I'm in SO much pain. I have been for a long time. When I lost my last Dr. (No fault of mine) I lost my medication. The dose of my meds that I was on was working great for me. Now, I can't get off the couch, I lost my job and my anxiety and depression is at a level that I can't take any longer. When I was with my last Dr. I never abused my meds. Never. Now it feels like I'm crying into the air and no one is listening. I cry a lot. I have a father to take care of. I've pretty much given up on caring for myself. I want a life. I want to do the little things ppl take for granted. I feel completely hopeless. I've been given up on. ??

I started seeing the doctor about a year ago. I have seen several doctors and he is by far the best! He always listens, and truly cares.

One of the most caring professional doctors and staff one could ever expect in today's medical . Dr. Rivero I would definitely recommend for anyone needing pain management. My physician recommended him when he couldn't help anymore and I am so glad he did. The office assistants were very professional and personable. Dr. Riveros nurse was excellent and friendly explaining the painless procedure. Everything was top notch and I recommend anyone needing pain management to go here. 10 stars.
