Was with her 5 years. Her nurses changed regularly and the ones at the end of 2016 were rude and not helpful. I tried maybe 3 times to get in for an acute sickness in 5 years and never once was I able to achieve an appointment, only being told to go to walk in clinic. What good is a Dr. that you canot see when you are sick?

I generally have a long wait time even after my scheduled appointment time but Dr. Mann had been my family doctor for over 6 years and is well worth the wait. She will spend as much time with you as you need and listens to each and every one of your concerns. I would never change from her regardless of my wait time.

I "applied" as a new patient for Dr. Mann. After dropping off my paperwork, I hadn't heard anything back in a week, so I called and was told it might take a couple of weeks. THREE MONTHS LATER I get a phone call that she'd be glad to take me as a patient. I had already found another doctor by then. Three months is purely ridiculous to have to wait.
