Dr. Jose Joaquin Aldrich, MD

Tenia cita para las 12 del mediodia. Llegue a las 11 para evitar demoras y respetar el turno de los demas. Resumidas cuentas me tuve que ir a las 3 de la tarde sin ser atendida, a esa hora me faltaban mas de tres pacientes por ser vistos. Estaba muy ilusionada para ver al Dr. Aldrich, ya que fue recomendado por otro doctor, pero nunca lo vi. La demora con los pacientes es increible y el staff parece no le da importancia a esto. No todos los que alli vamos somos personas retiradas que no tenemos nada mas que hacer que ir al doctor y no les importa estar alli el tiempo que necesite. Por otro lado, pude ver que hacia un terrible calor dentro de la oficina, solo un ventilador que pedi para poder respirar, pues me sentia ya con la presion alta. No existe alli una cafetera para hacer cafe, como en muchas consultas, al menos por cortesia, teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de horas que hay que esperar y la edad de los pacientes. Esta era mi primera consulta, pero me alegro mucho de haberme ido,… luego de 4 horas de perdida de tiempo. No es justo. CONSIDERO QUE ES UNA FALTA DE RESPETO AL PACIENTE. Entonces que no den citas, cada cual planifica su tiempo. En un cartel dice que si no va a la cita le cobran $25 dolares. Entonces quien me paga a mi, que fui una hora antes y sali 4 despues sin ser atentida? En fin, el doctor tendra mucha fama de ser muy bueno, pero hay que respetar el tiempo de los demas. (Perdon por la falta de acentos).

We are very happy with Dr Aldrich. He Is a very profesional physician. First of all he ask many questions to the patient so he can take a very good idea of what kínd of pathology have the patient. For me he is a 5 Stars Dr. Thank you for let me give my opinion.

The best of the best

The doctor is excellent, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. People go there in pain, sometimes in agony even, and the staff is very rude and condescending. How dare they? We are patients in need of understanding and/or patience or simply put - human compassion!!!!!

I broght my mother for a seond office visit at 10 am in the morning. Her appointment was for morning time. It was 4 pm and still she was waiting. They dont have respect for your time. They just dont care.

Waiting in his office with appointment could be longer than 6 HOURS.... And the only thing he does is shoot you with cortisone instead of try different medications or see what could be the problem. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. He kept me in corticoids for 8 months and got ostheopenea. Never felt worst in my life. Once I change doctor my disease got under control

Dr. Aldrich is a natural healer. He cares about his patients as a doctor and as a human being. Dr. Aldrich is highly knowledgeable in his field. He is a doctor by vocation and conviction. He is truly one of the best doctors I have ever encountered in Europe or the United States.
