was seeing a great PA. Unfortunately, due to condescending and combative office staff (the billing agent), I’ll be finding another provider. They don’t care about people’s health during a pandemic and demanded that I either come in to the office for a prescription refill rather than accommodate telehealth to keep people safe (I’m an essential employee and explained my concerns about coming in), or to “stop calling”. Very unprofessional and absent of respect for patients.

Unpretentious, great care, just my style for a family doctor. The Doc., PA's and other staff have all been great.

no appts. walk in. Can often wait a while, but you will be seen.

I made an appointment for Dr. Anzilotti and explained my specific needs. When I arrived I reiterated exactly what I was there for. No one indicated that the Dr. Was not even on the premises.I was seen by the Nurse Practioner who told me I needed to see a doctor! If that wasn't bad enough, she then scheduled $1,600 in medical testing to be done.I have never had this problem in the past. If I can't see Dr. Anzilotti when I make an appointment to see him then I will not return to his office. He needs to get rid of this Nurse Practioner. Her idea of medial care is to spend all the money in the world rather than treat the problem.
