Dr. Jose Azarcon, DO

Not very nice or professional. Did not spend hardy any time with me. In a hurry. Did not get my medication correctly. Over all very bad experience.

The worst. He wouldn't even do anything and go out of his way to help his patient. I feel so disappointed in choosing him as my doctor. I really have a bad experience.

Dr. Azercon was very unprofessional with me. He jokes about my health condition. Forgets to write medication and when he does, it's not the correct medication. He was not there for me when I needed him the most. He forgets about my health record every time I visit.

Went into to get treated for my anxiety/stress and was prescribed wellbutrin. Started seeing improvements with my anxiety but ended up seeing more negatives than positives. Started with shortness of air, then muscle spasm, then upper back pain. Dr. Azarcon Jose J told me to call if I had any issues. So when I call I get transferred to his MA. When I described what I was feeling she just told me I've never experienced that. Like duh, you're not on my medication but she seemed very incompetent snd had a lack of knowledge on the subject. After not being helped by my doctor I decided to give the medication more time 6 days later I have a panic attack only issues I could hardly breath during my experience so I had to go to the ER. Call back in and he ended up suggesting I come back in so I do just for him to tell me wait another 4 weeks. Still can't take a full breath of air, so I go in to address my issues and they send me another MA that couldn't help me. I can handle the diarrhea,… irritability, constipation but when I can't breath properly for 3 weeks it gets to the point of being ridiculous. They just want you to keep coming in over and over just to give them money. I'm still unable to breath. They haven't gotten in touch with me. Left feeling helpless and frustrated without answers I suggest you go to Intermountain Healthcare and get some help. Dr. Azarcon Jose J wont help you. Just throw you on some medication that'll cause you a long list of problems and leave you high and dry.

My son was sent to get an MRI for a potentially extremely serious condition. They got him in the next day as an emergency. The Imaging location has indicated that they have faxed the report to the clinic and Dr. Azarcon several times but no one at the clinic can find it. This is totally unacceptable behavior in what might be a life or death situation.

I really like Dr Azarcon. He's very friendly and doesn't think everything should be cured with drugs. He's kind to my children and did an excellent job with our physicals and followup.

Very wrong diagnosis. Didn't seem to be genuine.

He was really easy to talk to and explained very well what he thought my illness was being caused by. I appreciated feeling like he really cared what was going on and he was ready to do something about it.
