Arrogant and unprofessional. Nuvance needs to listen to some of the complaints coming from the community about this doctor. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after hearing negative reviews but after seeing him I realized why so many were so negative about him. He is the only provider in this practice that I have disliked. He needs to talk with respect to each patient and have respect for the patient's privacy. I would never recommend him in my professional career in healthcare or in my personal life from one woman to the next.

I just recently met Dr. Baez when I accompanied my daughter for her prenatal appt in the Fishkill Clinic. He reminds me so much of my relative of mines whom is a doctor. He is very detailed when explaining the situation and what to expect of being pregnant. Can relate very well as he is a descendant from the Caribbean and I loved the way they treat their patients. A very discipline man and well educated doctor with many years of experience. Has the charisma of treating his patients very well by providing the information necessary at the moment and long term. Feel my daughter will have a great relationship with him being her Obn/Gyn doctor... hopefully he will be on call upon delivery.

Don't go to him if you have endometriosis. Maybe he is good for everything else but he was useless in helping me. I could also hear him fighting with the staff right outside my door. Who does that??!!??

Dr Baez is awesome and very thorough. I got over the fact that he tends to act like he knows everything when I realized that he actually does. He's one of the best out there.

I have found Dr. Baez to be one of the most caring individuals I have met. He is not the type to rush you out of the office. He will sit and answer all of your questions. He gets along well with my husband, which is a plus during delivery!
