Me and my family love Dr. Bonoan. He is kind, professional, caring and loving. His has a great professional staff.

I love Dr Bonoan he is what you would call a real family doctor. He knows his patients by name and not number. He is attentive and render optimum care to his patients. For example, dr B is the PCP for my entire family if my husband visits he would ask for me by name likewise if I visit without my husband be would ask for him by name. I have seen many doctors and none of them took the time to get to know me there main concerns was just money. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who ask.

Receptionist is terrible with details. I showed up to an appointment and it turned out she never scheduled it. She doesn't have good listening skills and was talking on her personal cell non stop. I waited almost three hours to see this doctor bc she put a check next to my name as "already seen" on the sign in clipboard! I was flabbergasted!

Dr. Bonoan was a specialist who was referred to me by my primary care physician when I contracted Lyme Disease. After my PCP was no loner practicing, I didn't know who to turn to. Luckily for me, Dr. Bonoan took me on as his patient. I have had to see Dr. Bonoan for other matters which were not related to "infectious disease" issues. He has always been most helpful in directing me to see the proper specialist and all the other physicians which I had to see are also very nice. He always made me feel "special" and concerned about my well being. He brings to my mind that there are actually some doctors who do genuinely care and not make your feel like just a "number". His appointments are easily made, he is prompt, his entire staff is very courteous, has a fantastic bedside manner, spends time with me and always follows ups. What more can one ask? Thank you doctor.
