One star review: The office manager has an internal policy to refuse to fax or be emailed FMLA information to workplace. This policy is archaic and does not help the family members that need that documentation to protect their jobs. The staff also refuse to receive faxes regarding FMLA paperwork and patient and family need to hand deliver and pick up the paperwork. This office manager should update their policy as it is not based on legality, but of not being able to come up and use systems that can help both their office and the patients family. Especially when the office charged $25 upfront. Several doctors do not charge the patient or family doctors this fee are charging their their customer service needs to be improved.

Long wait, and the office staff isn’t friendly. Its been two days since I was supposed to get my prescription and the office hasn’t sent it to the pharmacy, I called office and Cindy answered and she said I had to speak to a nurse regarding that, she put me on hold for a long time and had to hang up.

I trust you and I am happy with you but your office staff is terrible. They treat as if they were doing me a favor, they were disrespectful, arrogant and in short I left the building feeling extremely upset of the way they treated me. complete lack of social skills.
