He saved my life

He is not a board certified hematologist. Anyone that has a ferritin of above 300 and a saturation above 45% has iron overload. He says with out s282y , they don't I just wonder how many end up dying of liver failure or liver cancer. He has zero idea what he is talking about. Those guidelines are from the cdc. This is a warning to anyone with high ferritin and high saturation, don't go to him

I know everyone is busy these days. Out of my last four appointments, two have had to be rescheduled. My waiting times in the lobby have increased every appointment also. I know he has many patients, but every single time I see him we go over the same stuff over and over. He can't seem to remember anything about me and I've been seeing him for three years. He is a nice doctor but it doesn't seem like he pays any attention to me when we're talking.

When I was referred to Dr. Bufill it was due to multiple blood test results that were irregular but no one was able to define the problem. Dr. Bufill took the time to review them and was able to diagnose a Parathyroid Tumor in my neck. Without his taking time to review my results he caught this before it caused more problems.
